About Finch Remarketing

We bring new and gently used Telecom, Networking, Test and Computer equipment to you at affordable prices. Finch Remarketing was founded in 2004 by Alex Finch. Alex has 20 years of operations experience in high tech companies in the computing, networking and telecom sectors.


Payment Options
  • Bank Wire Transfer.

  • American Express, Visa or Mastercard - The shipping address will need to match the billing address.

  • PayPal - Accepted for shipments to a confirmed address.

  • Money Order, Cashiers Check, Company Check, Personal Check - Accepted if drawn on a US Bank. May take up to 10 business days for funds to clear.

Sales Tax
Shipments to California will have 9.25% sales tax added to the order. If you have a CA Seller's Permit and will be reselling the item, you can complete a valid resale certificate and send it to us.


Shipping
All shipments are via Federal Express from San Jose, CA 95129.
  • Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to Duties, Tariffs and/or Taxes depending on the country you live in. These amounts, if any, will be billed to you by the freight carrier prior to delivery.
  • Insurance is required for all shipments and is included in all rates quoted.
  • We will ship within 2 business days of receipt of your cleared funds.

Before You Buy
Please keep in mind that most of our merchandise is used. Read the item description and look at the pictures. We try very hard to clearly explain and show what you will be receiving. All sales include only what is pictured and described. Do not assume you will receive accessories, manuals, software, power cords, etc. Used equipment may have cosmetic blemishes, scratches, small dents or normal wear and tear that does not affect functionality. If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing.


Warranty
  • We warrant items sold as "Working" or "New" to be in good working condition for 30 days from the time you receive them. If we are not able to repair or replace an item returned under this warranty, then we will refund your purchase price for that item.
  • Occasionally we will sell items "As Is" - usually because they are known to be defective. They will be clearly described as such. They are "As Is", and there is no guarantee of anything other than that you will receive what was shown and described.

PLEASE NOTE: 1) incompatibility with other items, 2) issues related to lack of technical knowledge, and /or 3) damage due to improper handling, are NOT covered under this warranty.


Damage In Transit
All shipments are covered by insurance with the freight carrier. If the shipment arrives damaged, a claim with the freight carrier to recover your payment can only be made if you help. This includes:
  • You shall inspect the package upon delivery. If you believe the packaging is damaged, it is your responsibility to notify the carrier at time of delivery and to write this on the paperwork.
  • NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY as soon as you realize there may be damage to the item due to shipping.
  • Photograph all damage to the item and the package and save the packaging.
  • Cooperate with the filing of paperwork and any inspection of the damage as required by the freight carrier to process a claim.


Trademarks and Embedded Software
All trademarks and trade names are the properties of their respective owners. The original manufacturer may own all title and copyright rights in any software embedded in their products, and there may be no right or license granted to use that software. The original manufacturer may be under no obligation to maintain, update, repair or service this equipment or its embedded software. Finch Remarketing is not a factory-authorized dealer of any manufacturers listed. Please support original manufacturers by maintaining software contracts.
